Director

Joana is an Austin Marketing Director, and is responsible for overseeing all the graphic development, visual identities and the wide range of collateral that supports modern progressive marketing, along with client communication and project management.

She loves the creative process and questions everything before getting into action. Joana’s approach to all creative projects is to dig that little bit harder and apply lateral thinking to a customer’s request. With this extra effort and her attention to detail, Joana’s visual proposals often result in first-time approval.

Joana’s previous work experience and background was in Portugal, working for 6 years as an in-house designer for REFER E.P.E. – the Portuguese equivalent of our Network Rail.

She is a lion-tamer on her spare time - if only a very tiny fluffy tiger!
