Austin Marketing have a long-running relationship with renowned lift control panel and ancillary equipment manufacturer Lester Controls, providing ongoing marketing services and support. At the beginning of 2015, Lester Controls acquired Sarum Electronics, manufacturers of bespoke heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Not only has this strengthened Sarum Electronics as a business, but has also provided them with an array of opportunities to develop their market.
With these new opportunities came the need for a branding and website refresh, and so, Austin Marketing were commissioned for the project to form a cohesive connection between Sarum and Lester Controls. The logo was redesigned and developed to work alongside Lester Controls’ design; the cathedral was first removed and replaced with the outline of a control panel, giving the suggestion of an ‘S’ at the top of the panel, as with Lester Controls’ ‘L’. The colours and typeface have also stayed the same as Lester Controls’.
Sarum Electronics’ previous website design & branding
Sarum’s new website design has followed the same outline as Lester Controls’, incorporating the same colourscheme, homepage menu and layout, drawing the important connection between the two. There are some further additions to Sarum’s website however – one being that the contact form is situated on every page for easy contact.
With easier, cleaner and clearer navigation, the new website is now an increasingly useful resource for those seeking HVAC control services. Additional to the navigation improvements are the new sector pages, which will help identify how Sarum can help customers in a range of different environments.
